摘 要:为研究饲料脂肪水平对扁吻鱼生长及机体构造的影响,本研究以4.32%、6.32%、8.32%、10.32%、12.32%、14.32%脂肪含量的等蛋白饲料对初始体重为(90.15±0.28)g的扁吻鱼进行为期76 d的养殖试验。试验结果表明:在饲料脂肪含量为4.32%~14.32%时,在该养殖周期下,扁吻鱼增重率、特定生长率、肝体比、脏体比、鱼体水分未受到显著影响(P>0.05);肝脏及肝脏细胞形态正常;鱼体灰分、蛋白质、脂肪含量受到显著影响(P<0.05),F4组鱼体灰分比其他组高8.13%~17.70%,F5组鱼体蛋白质含量比其他组低7.89%~20.74%,F5、F6组鱼体脂肪含量分别比其他组高23.71%~218.72%、5.74%~172.41%;鱼体脂肪含量与饲料粗蛋白质含量呈现显著正相关(P<0.05)、与鱼体蛋白含量呈现极显著负相关(P<0.01)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,扁吻鱼对饵料脂肪含量的耐受度高于14.32%,这将为后续开展相关研究奠定基础。The objective of this study was to assess the effects of dietary lipids on growth performance,body composition,and liver structure of Aspiorhynchus laticeps.We randomly assigned A.laticeps larvae with average initial body weight(90.15±0.28)g into six groups consisting of three replicates(20 fish per replicate),and fed for 76 days using granulated feed of lipid levels 4.32%,6.32%,8.32%,12.33%and 14.33%.The results showed that the weight gain rate(WGR),specific growth rate(SGR),hepatosomatic index(HSI),viscerosomati index(VSI),moisture of fish body with granulated feed of lipid levels 4.32%~14.32%were no significant effect(P>0.05)and liver and hepatocyte were orderly.But ash,protein content and lipid content of fish body with the granulated feed were significant effect(P<0.05).The ash content of fish in F4 group was 8.13%~17.70%higher than that in other groups.The protein content of fish in F5 group was 7.89%~20.74%lower than that in other groups.The fat content of fish in F5 and F6 groups was 23.71%~218.72%and 5.74%~172.41%higher than that in other groups.On the other hand,granulated feed of lipid levels were significant positive correlation with lipid of fish content body(P<0.05)and protein content of fish body were very significant negative correlation with lipid of fish body(P<0.01).In conclusion,dietary lipid level of A.laticeps could exceed 14.33%in the experiment.This research will be providing a basis of in future research about A.laticeps.
