复方中草药对黄金鲫幼鱼生长及抗氧化能力影响的研究

摘　　要：为探讨复方中草药对黄金鲫幼鱼生长及抗氧化能力的影响,选取10 g左右的黄金鲫300尾,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.6%、1.2%、1.8%、2.4%浓度的复方中草药,连续饲喂42 d。结果表明:基础饲粮中添加1.2%的复方中草药,黄金鲫幼鱼平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),较对照组提高了34.21%;饵料系数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);较对照组降低了20.99%。试验组过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)的活性和对照组相比,均出现了显著性的差异(P<0.05)。SOD的活性分别较对照组提高了15.97%、19.17%、12.14%、17.73%;CAT的活性分别提高了18.83%、22.26%、22.09%、22.60%;MDA的活性分别降低了3.19%、4.35%、5.80%、6.38%。本试验研究表明,添加1.2%浓度的复方中草药效果较好。In order to investigate the effects of compound Chinese herbal medicine on the growth performance and antioxidant capacity of juvenile golden crucian carp(Carassius auratus),300 crucian carp larvae with similar body weights(about 10 g per fish)were assigned equally into 5 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 20 fish in each replicate.The fishes in the control group were fed with the basal diet,and the fishes in the experiment groups were provided with the basal diet adding 0.6%,1.2%,1.8%and 2.4%of compound Chinese herbal medicine respectively.The whole experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed that when fed with 1.2%of compound Chinese herbal medicine into the basal diet,the average daily weight gain of C.auratus was significantly higher than that of the control group,with an increased value of 34.21%than the control group(P<0.05),and the feed coefficient was significantly lower than that of the control group with a decreased number of 20.99%(P<0.05).Compare with the control group,the activities of SOD and CAT in the experiment groups were all significantly increased(P<0.05).And the activity of MDA in the experiment groups were all decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the activity of SOD in the experiment groups increased by 15.97%,19.17%,12.14%and 17.73%,respectively,the activity of CAT increased by 18.83%,22.26%,22.09%and 22.60%,however,the activity of MDA decreased by 3.19%,4.35%,5.80%and 6.38%separately.This study indicated that the addition of 1.2%compound Chinese herbal medicine had better effect.
