摘 要:随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高,越来越多的消费者开始关心肉、蛋、奶等动物源性食品的安全;而饲料作为畜牧养殖业和食品工业的源头,只有保障饲料安全,才能切实守护消费者的“舌尖安全”。从产业链整合和食品溯源体系角度来看,实现对饲料生产线的远程监测具有非常重要的现实意义,主要体现在两个方面:一方面可以及时发现饲料生产管理方面存在的问题,不断优化生产、创新工艺;另一方面可以构建全天候的、常态化的安全监督,提高饲料产品的质量和生产效率。为此,本文从物联网技术的角度,对饲料生产线远程监测系统进行分析。With the development of the economy and the improvement of living standards,more and more consumers are concerned about the safety of animal derived foods such as meat,eggs,and milk.As the source of animal husbandry and food industry,feed can only effectively protect the"tip of the tongue safety"of consumers by ensuring feed safety.From the perspective of industrial chain integration and food traceability system,achieving remote monitoring of feed production lines is of great practical significance.On the one hand,it can timely identify problems in feed production management,continuously optimize production and innovate processes,and on the other hand,it can establish 24-hour and normalized safety supervision to improve the quality and production efficiency of feed products.Therefore,this article analyzes the remote monitoring system of feed production lines from the perspective of Internet of things technology.
