摘  要:为分析添加骆驼刺对后备羊生产性能、免疫力和经济效益的影响,将体重(36.08±3.71)kg且健康的湖羊后备母羊30只,经体外和体内两次驱虫后随机分为对照组(CK组)、骆驼刺添加5%组(A组)、10%组(B组)、20%组(C组)和40%组(D组)5组,每组6只,预试期10 d,正试期50 d。试验过程中收集采食量、体增重数据,并采集饲料样、血样用于分析测定。结果表明:(1)20%组日增重(ADG)极显著高于、料肉比(F/G)极显著低于对照组、5%组、20%组和40%组(P<0.01)。(2)当骆驼刺添加量不小于10%时,总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白(Ig M)均有明显提高,其中TP含量10%组和20%组显著高于5%组(P<0.05);ALB含量10%组、20%组和40%组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);IgM含量40%组极显著高于5%组(P<0.01),10%组和20%组显著高于5%组(P<0.05);10%组和对照组高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量显著高于5%组、20%组和40%组(P<0.05);40%组低密度脂蛋白(LDL)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)20%组的经济效益最高,比对照组、5%组、10%组和40%组分别高87.14%、75.10%、74.76%和511.87%。日粮中添加10%以上骆驼刺可显著增加后备母羊免疫力,综合后备绵羊ADG、F/G、机体免疫力和经济效益,生产中建议添加20%的骆驼刺。Analyze the influence of different proportions of Alhagi Pseudalhagi on immunity and production performance of backup ewe.A single factor randomized trial design was used to formulate experimental diets based on the principles of energy equality and protein equality.Thirty backup ewe with similar body weight of(36.08±3.71)kg were randomly divided into 5 groups,they were:control group(CK group),5%Alhagi Pseudalhagi was added in group A,10%in group B,20%in group C and 40%in group D.The daily feeding quantity and residual feed quantity of each group were recorded,and the average dry matter intake was calculated.Fasting weight was weighed before feeding on the 0d and 55d morning of the formal trial period,and blood was collected from the pre-feeding vein in the 55d morning for reserve.The results showed as follows:(1)When the amount of Alhagi Pseudalhagi was greater or equal to 10%,the content of total protein,albumin,immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin M in serum were significantly improved.The content of total protein in serum of 10%group and 20%group was significantly higher than that in 5%group(P<0.05);the content of albumin in serum of 10%group,20%group and 40%group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the content of immunoglobulin M of 40%group was significantly higher than that in 5%group(P<0.01)and 10%group,20%group(P<0.05);the content of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in serum of 10%group and control group was significantly higher than that in 5%group,20%group and 40%group(P<0.05);the content of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in serum of 40%group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The daily gain of 20%group was significantly higher than that of control group,5%group,20%group and 40%group;the ratio of meat and feed of 20%group was significantly lower than that in control group,5%group,20%group and 40%group(P<0.01).(2)The economic benefit of 20%group was the highest,which was 97.14%,75.10%,74.76%and 511.87%higher than that of control group,5%group,20%
