摘　　要：随着社会市场及科学技术的不断发展,饲料产业可持续发展面临着巨大的挑战。同时,我国畜牧产业的发展水平也在不断地提升,对饲料的需求量也在不断提高,饲料企业的岗位需求剧增,饲料行业严重面临着人才匮乏的问题。基于此,本文将通过剖析可持续发展背景下饲料产业面临的问题及发展现状,提出一系列切实可行的优化路径,以期为之后的研究提供一定的理论基础。With the continuous development of social market and science and technology,the sustainable development of feed industry is facing great challenges.At the same time,the development level of animal husbandry industry in our country is also continuously improving,the demand for feed is continuously increasing,the post demand of feed enterprises is dramatically increased,and the feed industry is seriously faced with the problem of lack of talents.Based on this,this paper will analyze the problems and development status of feed industry under the background of sustainable development,and put forward a series of feasible optimization paths,in order to provide a certain theoretical basis for future research.
