摘　　要：目的分析追踪护理联合穴位按摩对硅肺患者肺功能的影响。方法以2020年10月至2021年10月就诊于济南市第八人民医院职业病科的90例硅肺患者为研究对象,使用简单随机法将其分别纳入观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组接受常规综合护理结合穴位按摩,观察组接受追踪护理联合穴位按摩。对比2组的肺功能、生存质量和健康行为。结果相较于干预前,2组在干预3个月后的第1秒用力呼气容积、肺活量、最大通气量和呼气流量峰值均提高(P均<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组均更高(P均<0.05)。干预3个月后,2组的圣乔治呼吸问卷各部分评分和总分均较干预前下降(P均<0.05),且观察组的上述评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。干预前,2组间吸烟率、遵医嘱用药率、合理饮食率和合理运动率经比较,均无统计学差异(P均>0.05);干预3个月后,观察组的吸烟率较对照组下降,遵医嘱用药率、合理饮食率和合理运动率均较对照组升高(P均<0.05)。结论追踪护理联合穴位按摩能够改善硅肺患者的肺功能和生存质量,促使其保持健康的行为。Objective To analyze the effect of tracking nursing combined with acupoint massage on the pulmonary function of silicosis patients.Methods Ninety silicosis patients who presented to the Occupational Disease Department of the Eighth People's Hospital of Jinan from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were allocated into an observation group(45 cases)and a control group(45 cases)using the simple randomization method.The control group received routine comprehensive nursing combined with acupoint massage,while the observation group received tracking nursing combined with acupoint massage.The pulmonary function,quality of life,and health behaviors were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the forced expiratory volume in one second,vital capacity,maximal voluntary ventilation,and peak expiratory flow in both groups increased compared with those before intervention(all P<0.05),and the observation group performed better than the control group(all P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the item scores and the total score of the St.George's Respiratory Questionnaire in both groups decreased compared with those before intervention(all P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in smoking rate,medication adherence rate,balanced diet rate,and adequate physical activity rate between the two groups(all P>0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the smoking rate in the observation group decreased compared with that in the control group,and the medication adherence rate,balanced diet rate,and adequate physical activity rate in the observation group increased compared with those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Tracking nursing combined with acupoint massage can improve the pulmonary function and quality of life of silicosis patients,and promote their healthy behaviors.
