摘 要:文章介绍了一种应用于全地形越野车双横臂独立悬架系统的设计、计算及有限元分析,可有效提升现代越野车辆的悬架性能,解决了传统型式非独立悬架对越野车辆平顺性、操稳性和通过性等性能的制约。首先提出该全地形越野车双横臂独立悬架系统的总体设计要求,然后根据参考车型、基础车型并以正常性能保障为基础确定主要性能参数。通过针对弹性元件、导向元件和阻尼元件的设计和计算完成该全地形越野车悬架系统的方案设计。通过对该全地形越野车悬架系统的有限元分析,仿真分析悬架跳动过程的四种工况,完成对该全地形越野车悬架系统结构强度的校核。该全地形越野车双横臂独立悬架系统设计的基本流程,将对后续独立悬架的结构设计、技术参数的确定及其有限元仿真等具有参考价值和指导意义。This article introduces the design,calculation and finite element analysis of a dual wishbone independent suspension system applied to all terrain off-road vehicles,which can effectively improve the suspension performance of modern off-road vehicles and solve the constraints of traditional forms of non independent suspension on off-road vehicle smoothness,handling stability,and passability.Firstly,the overall design requirements for the dual wishbone independent suspension system of the all terrain off-road vehicle are proposed,and then the main performance parameters are determined based on the reference model,basic model,and normal performance guarantee.Complete the conceptual design of the suspension system for the all terrain off-road vehicle through the design and calculation of elastic components,guide components,and damping components.By conducting finite element analysis of the suspension system of the all terrain off-road vehicle and simulating the four operating conditions of the suspension jump process the structural strength of the suspension system of the all terrain off-road vehicle is verified.The basic process of designing the dual wishbone independent suspension system for this all terrain off-road vehicle will have reference value and guiding significance for the subsequent structural design,determination of technical parameters,and finite element simulation of the independent suspension.
