摘 要:针对商用车挡泥板支架产品在开发过程中因制造工艺缺陷失效的情况,提出一种基于实测路谱数据的计算机辅助工程(CAE)仿真与台架对比验证流程。首先确定失效模式;其次判定失效部位的工艺缺陷;再次进行工艺改进,并结合实测路谱对改进前后样件进行CAE仿真与台架对比验证;最后制定产品的检验标准,后续使用跟踪显示,改进效果良好。研究表明此验证流程可对挡泥板支架产品失效情况做出准确有效的改进方案,为后续同类悬臂梁结构产品的开发提供流程借鉴。Aiming at the failure of commercial vehicle fender support products due to manufacturing defects in the development process,a computer aided engineering(CAE)simulation and bench comparison verification process based on measured road spectrum data is proposed.First,determine the failure mode;Secondly,determine the process defect of the failure part;The process is improved again,and the sample before and after the improvement is simulated by CAE and compared with the bench;Finally,the inspection standard of the product is formulated,and the follow-up use and tracking shows that the improvement effect is good.The research shows that this verification process can make an accurate and effective improvement plan for the failure of fender support products,and provide a process reference for the development of similar cantilever beam structure products in the future.
