摘 要:文章提出了一种基于用户场景的汽车行驶工况构建方法,考虑市区、郊区和高速工况所采集道路数据特点的差异,针对市区、郊区工况采用短行程法,针对高速工况创新性提出片段切分及重组算法,解决了实际采集数据片段时长过长的问题,并开发全流程的工况构建软件,实现自动处理。经验证,文章所构建的行驶工况与原始数据特征参数的平均误差均在5%以内,满足工程使用要求。可用于指导车辆开发、标定过程中能量管理优化及整车能耗评价工作,提高车辆的道路适应性。This paper proposes a method for constructing vehicle driving conditions based on user scenarios.Considering the differences in the characteristics of road data collected in urban,suburban and high-speed conditions,it adopts the short-stroke method for urban and suburban conditions,and innovatively proposes segment segmentation and reorganization algorithms for high-speed conditions,which solves the problem of excessively long duration of actual collected data segments.And develop the working condition construction software of the whole process to realize automatic processing.After verification,the average error of the driving conditions constructed in this paper and the original data characteristic parameters is less than 5%,which meets the requirements of engineering use.It can be used to guide the energy management optimization and vehicle energy consumption evaluation in the process of vehicle development and calibration,and improve the road adaptability of vehicles.
