史锁芳运用乌梅丸的临床思路

摘　　要：乌梅丸是张仲景所创之经典名方,被历代医家所重视。其在现代临床应用较广,可涵盖内外妇儿多科疾病,亦被多数医家奉为治疗疑难杂症的验方。史锁芳教授对乌梅丸的领悟颇深,临床应用屡获良效,多从厥阴病辨证、厥阴欲解时及开阖枢理论三个角度去运用,在临床实践中紧扣“寒热错杂、虚实并存”的病机,“厥阴欲解时”的时机,“开阖枢”逆乱之气机三方面的特征,并强调乌梅丸原方药物不可或缺,剂量灵活变化,同时注重服药时间,方能获得良好疗效。Wumei Pill(乌梅丸),a classical formula invented by ZHANG Zhongjing,has been attached importance to by doctors of all generations.It is widely applied in modern clinical practice to treat diseases of internal medicine,surgery,gynecology and pediatrician,and is regarded as a effective formula for complicated and stubborn diseases by most doctors.Professor SHI Suofang has a deep understanding of Wumei Pill,and has repeatedly achieved good results in clinical application,mostly from the three aspects of syndrome differentiation of Jueyin disease and timing for Jueyin relieving,and theory of open-close-pivot.In clinical practice,disease mechanism of“mixed cold and heat,coexistence of deficiency and excess”,timing of“Jueyin relieving”,and disordered qi movement of“open-close-pivot”should be focused.The original medicinals of Wumei Pill are indispensable,the dosage is flexible and varied,and at the same time the time of taking the medicine should be emphasized,in order to obtain good effect.
