摘　　要：李滋平教授认为膝骨关节炎病因为“内外合邪”,在内为肝肾脾不调,在外以湿邪为主。治疗上,首辨五体,主取上下膝五针分治筋骨,配合药物,针药相须,可有效改善膝骨关节炎疼痛和功能受限。从穴位所处位置分为上下,治疗上偏重不同。上膝五针用于治疗痹在筋肉,肌肉酸痛乏力,下蹲起立困难,病肌或在股二头肌、股四头肌、半腱肌等肌肉的患者。主穴为:鹤顶、内外膝眼、梁丘、血海。下膝五针用于治疗痹在骨,骨节疼痛,行走痛甚,关节畸形,可闻及骨擦音,或伴有骨质疏松的患者。主穴为:鹤顶、内外膝眼、阴陵泉、阳陵泉。Professor LI Ziping holds that the cause of knee osteoarthritis is“combination of internal and external evils”,that is,liver,kidney and spleen are in disorder as the internal cause and dampness is the external cause.On the treatment,five bodies should be identified,and then five needles above and below knee should be applied to treat the tendons and bones,in combination with medicines.The combination of acupuncture and medicine could effectively relieve knee osteoarthragia and functional limitations.Based on the location acupoints could be divided into upper and lower points,with different indications.Five needles above knee are used to treat bi-syndrome in sinews and muscles with muscle pain and weakness,functional limitations of squatting and standing up,and diseased muscles in biceps femoris,quadriceps femoris and semitendinosus.The main acupoints are:Heding(EX-LE 2),Neixiyan(EX-LE 4),Waixiyan(EX-LE 5),Liangqiu(ST 34)and Xuehai(SP 10).Five needles below knee are used for treating bi-syndrome in the bone,arthralgia,walking pain,joints deformity with audible bone rubbing sound or with osteoporosis.The main acupoints are:Heding(EX-LE 2),Neixiyan(EX-LE 4),Waixiyan(EX-LE 5),Yinlingquan(SP 9)and Yanglingquan(GB 34).
