摘　　要：穴位刺激疗法具有副作用小、低成本、起效快的优点。从穴位刺激疗法的分类、选穴及其辅助改善肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏、癌性睡眠障碍、化疗相关性恶心呕吐和免疫功能减弱等不良反应的效果进行综述,为临床穴位刺激疗法在辅助肺癌化疗中的应用提供理论依据。Acupoint stimulation therapy has the advantages of few side effects,low cost and quick effect.In this paper,the classification,the selection of acupoints and the effect of assisting in improving adverse reactions such as cancer-related fatigue,cancer-related sleep disorders,chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting,and weakened immune function in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy of acupoint stimulation therapy were reviewed.It provides a theoretical basis for the application of clinical acupoint stimulation therapy in adjuvant lung cancer chemotherapy.
