废白土热解制备烃类化合物的热解行为分析

摘  要:文章利用动力学模拟与热解试验相结合的方式探究了废白土的热解行为,并阐述了废白土的热解反应路径。Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose和Flynn-Wall-Ozawa动力学分析表明,废白土的热解主要分为两个阶段,反应所需活化能先由207.874 kJ/mol逐渐上升至455.460 kJ/mol,随后进入稳定阶段,最后热解结束,活化能突变至683.229 kJ/mol。固定床热解试验结果表明,废白土热解第一阶段(180~420℃)的主要产物为羧酸,随着热解温度的升高,热解进入第二阶段(420~550℃),将羧酸转化为脂肪烃、芳烃、酮及其他小分子氧化物。该研究可为废白土的热解处理乃至其他含油固体废弃物的热解处理提供很好的理论依据。In this study,we investigated the pyrolysis behavior of spent bleaching clay by employing both kinetic simulation and pyrolysis test.Additionally,we detailed the pyrolysis reaction pathway of spent bleaching clay.The pyrolysis of spent bleaching clay was analysed using the Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa methods.The analysis revealed two distinct stages,with the activation energy gradually increasing from 207.874 kJ/mol to 455.460 kJ/mol in the first stage,followed by a stable stage.Finally,at the end of pyrolysis,the activation energy sharply increased to 683.229 kJ/mol.The fixed-bed pyrolysis experiments revealed that carboxylic acid was the primary product of the initial spent bleaching clay pyrolysis stage(180~420 C).As the pyrolysis temperature increased,the process progressed to the second stage(420~550℃),whereby carboxylic acid was transformed into aliphatic hydrocarbons,aromatics,ketones,and other minor oxide compounds.These observations were consistent with the findings of the kinetic analysis.This study could offer a sound theoretical foundation for the pyrolysis processing of spent bleaching clay and other oil-bearing solid wastes.
