摘  要:文章综合考虑了自然条件下风剪切和塔影效应造成的风速时空分布差异问题,研究如何更好地辨识实际工况下双馈风力发电机气隙偏心的故障特征。首先对气隙偏心故障特征进行理论分析,推导得到了考虑风速时空分布差异时,偏心故障导致的发电机电磁特性变化规律;最后进行了仿真研究和实验验证。实验结果表明,风速时空分布差异会导致气动转矩产生波动,最终引起发电机电磁参量和风速分布参数的耦合,产生新的故障特征。研究结果完善了双馈风电机组故障诊断理论,对实际故障诊断有一定的理论参考价值。In order to better identify the air-gap eccentric fault characteristics of the doubly-fed induction generator under the actual running condition,the spatial-temporal distribution difference of wind speed based on the effects of wind shear and tower shadow under natural condition are comprehensively considered.First,the fault characteristics are theoretically analyzed,and the electrical and magnetic characteristics of generator caused by air-gap eccentric fault are derived under the influence of wind speed spatio-temporal distribution.Simulation and experimental validation are then performed.The results show that the difference of wind speed spatial and temporal distribution leads to the fluctuation of aerodynamic torque,and finally leads to the coupling of electromagnetic parameters and wind speed distribution parameters of the generator,resulting in new fault characteristics.The research results improve the fault diagnosis theory of doubly-fed wind turbines,which has certain theoretical guiding significance for actual fault diagnosis.
