摘　　要：自身抗体是自身免疫病的重要生物标志物,在疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断、活动性评价和预后评估等发挥关键作用。规范自身抗体检测质量控制对于准确地报告相关检验结果具有重要意义。国家皮肤与免疫疾病临床医学研究中心(北京协和医院)实验诊断研究委员会、中国医师协会风湿免疫科医师分会自身抗体检测专业委员会、国家风湿病数据中心于2023年组织相关临床和实验室专家,依据国家标准、行业指南,结合国内实际情况及自身抗体检测质量控制经验制定了本共识,旨在规范我国相关实验室自身抗体检测质量控制工作。Autoantibodies are important biomarkers of autoimmune diseases and crucial for disease diagnosis,differential diagnosis,and the evaluation of disease activity and prognosis.Specifying the requirement of quality control for detecting autoantibodies is essential for accurately reporting relevant results.In 2023,National Clinical Research Center for Dermatologic and Immunologic Diseases(Peking Union Medical College Hospital),Experimental Diagnosis Research Committee,Rheumatology and Immunology Physicians Committee of Chinese Medical Doctor Association,Autoantibodies Detection Committee,Chinese Rheumatism Data Center invited relevant clinical and laboratory experts to develop the current consensus based on the national standards,the industry guidelines,the national situation,and the experience of quality control regarding autoantibody detection.This consensus aims to standardize the quality control of autoantibody detection in relevant laboratories in China.
