摘  要:开发了等离子焊加埋弧焊工艺用于厚度大于9mm的不锈钢的焊接,其力学性能、弯曲性能、应变强化前后冲击性能均符合标准要求。运用于产品焊接,等离子打底可实现单面焊双面成形,节省背面清根工时,埋弧焊盖面,可实现高效填充,大幅提高生产效率;同时等离子焊打底无需填充金属,可节省焊材75%以上。The PAW+SAW process was developed for the welding of stainless steel with thickness greater than 9mm.Its mechanical properties,bending properties,impact properties before and after strain strengthening meet the standard requirements.Applied to product welding,PAW can realize single-side welding and double-side forming,save the back root cleaning time,SAW cover surface,can realize efficient filling,greatly improve production effciency.At the same time,PAW does not need to be flled with metal,which can save more than 75%of welding materials.
