摘  要:T11罐式集装箱满足多种液体化学品的运输和储存,具有良好的密封性和抗腐蚀性,且兼具多式联运的优势,是一种用途极为广泛的罐式集装箱。根据ASMEⅧDiv 1以及IMDG T11型等设计标准的要求,计算出罐体的最小壁厚,利用有限元计算软件分析出罐体整体应力分布情况。根据分析结果,分析出最大应力主要分布在框架与封头连接板、后端框连接板、框架前端框右侧底部斜撑处、后端框右侧立柱下部等处,应力集中明显。T11 tank container can meet the transportation and storage of a variety of liquid chemicals with good sealing and corrosion resistance,and has the advantages of multimodal transport.So,it is a very widely used tank container.According to the requirements of ASME VIl Div 1 and IMDG T11 design standards,the minimum wall thickness of the tank is calculated,and the overall stress distribution of the tank is analyzed by finite element calculation software.According to the analysis results,the maximum stress is mainly distributed in the frame and the head connecting plate,the rear end frame connecting plate,the right side of the frame at the bottom of the diagonal brace,the right side of the rear end frame at the bottom of the column,and the stress concentration is obvious.
