液化石油气钢瓶瓶体泄漏成因分析

摘　　要：液化石油气钢瓶制造过程自动化程度较高,我市气瓶制造企业多只瓶在制造和使用中被发现泄漏,这说明是制造工艺或者生产流程出现了问题。本文通过对制造过程现场检查,对各工艺中间产品的检验,发现了影响产品质量的多种因素。同时,结合气瓶制造过程,对缺陷气瓶泄漏成因进行了分析。最后对液化石油气钢瓶的制造工艺提出了改进建议。The manufacturing process of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders has a high degree of automation,and many bottles of gas cylinder manufacturing enterprises in our city have been found to leak in the manufacture and use,which indicates that there is a problem in the manufacturing process or production process.Through the on-site inspection of the manufacturing process and the inspection of the intermediate products of each process,this paper found a variety of factors affecting product quality.At the same time,combined with the gas cylinder manufacturing process,the cause of defective gas cylinder leakage was analyzed.Finally,suggestions are put forward for improving the manufacturing process of LPG cylinders.
