摘　　要：Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture(EA)for acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)complicated with gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods A total of 100 patients with AECOPD complicated with gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomly divided into an EA group(50 cases,2 cases dropped off,1 case excluded)and a medication group(50 cases).
