摘　　要：Objective To explore the effect of triglyceride glucose(TyG)index,single nucleotide polymorphism of Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)and NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain associated protein 3(NLRP3)genes,and its interaction on the risk of gout.Methods A total of 315 male patients with gout and 499 men for health checkup at the same period were selected.General data were collected through questionnaires,and peripheral venous blood was collected for biochemical test.
