摘　　要：目的:探究眶骨骨折眼球内陷修复手术麻醉恢复期的有效护理方法及其护理价值。方法:选取我院2020年1月-2021年12月进行睡骨骨折治疗的患者102例,均选用眼球内陷修复手术治疗,按照2组患者基础资料具有匹配性的原则分为观察组及对照组,在对照组患者手术麻醉恢复期行常规护理,对观察组患者则实施目标导向护理,比较2组患者干预前后的护理效果。结果:干预前,2组患者自理能力及生活质量均无显著差异(P>0.05),干预后,观察组患者自理能力评分为(60.18±5.42)分,生活质量评分为(64.16±4.08)分,均显著高于对照组;且观察组患者在手术麻醉恢复期的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:目标导向护理对于眶骨骨折患者护理意义显著,能够有效提高患者自理能力及生活质量,降低术后不良反应,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effective nursing methods and nursing value in the recovery period of anesthesia for orbital bone fracture and retraction repair surgery.Methods:A total of 102 patients with orbital fractures who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected,and all of them were treated with endophthalmia repair surgery.According to the principle of matching the basic data of the two groups of patients,they were divided into the study group and the routine group.The patients in the routine group received routine nursing during the recovery period of surgical anesthesia,while the patients in the study group received goal-oriented nursing,and the nursing effects before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the self-care ability and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).were significantly higher than those in the conventional group;and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group during the recovery period of surgical anesthesia was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Goal-oriented nursing is of great significance to the nursing of patients with orbital bone fractures,which can ffectively improve patients'self-care ability and quality of life,and reduce postoperative adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
