摘  要:主要探讨集聚式多锚头锚固系统的制造工艺,依托杨泗港长江大桥锚固系统制造,通过对其制作工艺进行分析,阐述了制造过程中所涉及的关键技术及工艺控制要点,对于精制螺栓孔的加工提出了相应的优化措施。通过对该制造工艺的研究,旨在提高集聚式多锚头锚固系统的可靠性和稳定性,降低生产成本,为工程实践提供有效的技术支撑。This article mainly discusses the manufacturing process of the clustered multi anchor head anchoring system.Based on the manufacturing of the anchoring system of the Yangsigang Yangtze River Bridge,the key technologies and process control points involved in the manufacturing process are analyzed,and corresponding optimization measures are proposed for the processing of refined bolt holes.Through research on this manufacturing process,the aim is to improve the reliability and stability of the clustered multi anchor head anchoring system,reduce production costs,and provide effective technical support for engineering practice.
