摘  要:顶升钢平台体系和爬模体系是建筑中常见的两种施工体系,为了探索两种体系在超高层核心筒施工体系中的优劣,以深圳某超300 m高层建筑有两栋相同结构的塔楼为背景,通过对其核心筒结构分析,施工时分别针对性采用了顶升钢平台体系和爬模体系,通过对两种工艺的做法、优缺点等各个维度进行阐述,结果表明:两种方法虽然在超高层建筑施工中均可以满足需求,且取得良好的工程效果,但是顶升钢平台体系相比爬模体系其适用性更广,平台承载力更高,因此在超高层建筑施工体系中推荐采用顶升钢平台体系。Jacking steel platform system and climbing formwork system are two common construction systems in buildings.In order to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the two systems in the construction system of super high-rise core tubes,this article takes two towers with the same structure in a 300 m high-rise building in Shenzhen as the background.Through the analysis of the core tube structure,the jacking steel platform system and climbing formwork system were specifically used during construction.Through the practice of the two processes.An advantages and disadvantages of each dimension were elaborated,and the results showed that although both methods can meet the requirements and achieve good engineering results in the construction of super high-rise buildings,the lifting steel platform system has a wider applicability and higher platform bearing capacity compared to the climbing formwork system.Therefore,it is recommended to use the lifting steel platform system in the construction system of super high-rise buildings.
