掺飞灰水泥稳定碎石收缩性能研究

摘  要:垃圾焚烧后得到的废弃物飞灰被用于道路工程中,能够促进资源合理化利用及绿色交通的发展。为研究飞灰对水泥稳定碎石基层材料收缩性能的影响,分别制备飞灰掺量为1%,2%,3%和4%(集料质量分数)的水泥稳定碎石,并进行了温度收缩试验和干燥收缩试验。得到不同飞灰掺量的水泥稳定碎石的干缩应变、干缩系数、温度收缩应变以及温度收缩系数。试验结果表明:飞灰掺量1%时能改善水泥稳定碎石的收缩性能。但随着飞灰掺量增大,温度收缩应变和干燥收缩应变增加,不利水泥稳定碎石抗收缩变形。The waste fly ash obtained after waste incineration was used in road engineering,which could promote the rational use of resources and the development of green transportation.To study the effect of fly ash on the shrinkage performance of cement-stabilized macadam base material,cement-stabilized macadam with fly ash of 1%,2%,3%and 4%(aggregate mass fraction)was prepared respectively.Thr temperature shrinkage test and dry shrink age test were carried out.The dry shrinkage strain,dry shrinkage coefficient,temperature shrinkage strain and temperature shrinkage coefficient of cement-stabilized macadam with different fly ash content were obtained.The test results showed that the shrinkage performance of cement-stabilized macadam could be improved with 1%fly ash content.However,with the increase of fly ash content,the temperature shrinkage strain and dry shrinkage strain increase.It was not conducive to the shrinkage deformation resistance of cement-stabilized macadam.
