摘 要:随着基坑开挖邻近或下穿既有桥梁的工程增多,对邻近基坑桥梁的受力性能分析成为热点,但特别针对海上钢板桩围堰法隧道施工对连续小箱梁安全性的影响缺少相应的研究。以一座五跨连续小箱梁桥及与该桥梁邻近的基坑工程为背景,运用有限元软件Midas/GTS NX建立双排钢板桩围堰和基坑支护体系,依据项目工程地质纵断面图、钻孔柱状断面图、根据试验成果得到的物理力学性能指标等地勘文件,按照实际土体分层情况、各土层材料参数、项目开挖支护方式和基坑与邻近桥梁桩基的真实距离,建立真实工程情况的三维有限元模型,模拟基坑开挖降水支护全过程,评定实际情况下桩基及主梁的承载能力安全性,提出基坑工程与桥梁有效加固措施及应急预案,控制对周围环境影响并保证施工安全。With the increasing number of excavation projects which are adjacent to or crossing the existing bridges,the analysis of the stress performance of adjacent bridges has become a hot topic.However,there is a lack of corresponding research on the impact of offshore open-cut tunnel construction by cofferdam on small span box girders.This article takes a five span continuous small span box girder bridge and its adjacent foundation pit engineering as the background,and uses finite element software Midas/GTS NX to establish a double row steel sheet pile cofferdam and foundation pit support system.Based on the geological section diagram,drilling column section diagram,physical and mechanical performance indicators,and other geological survey documents,according to the actual soil layering situation,material parameters of soil,establishing a three-dimensional finite element model,to simulate the entire process of excavation and dewatering support of the foundation pit,and to evaluate the safety of the bearing capacity of the pile foundation and beam of bridge under the actual conditions.Then this article proposes some effective reinforcement measures and emergency plans for the foundation pit and the bridge,to control the impact on the surrounding environment,and ensuring the safety of the whole construction process.
