摘 要:以义乌市篁园大桥为例,分析了钢管混凝土系杆拱桥刚性吊杆索力偏差大等病害问题,提出了刚性吊杆更换的基本原则、施工及监控方案。施工监控以高程和应力双控制为原则。施工过程和监控结果表明:篁园大桥主桥吊杆更换前后,吊杆桥面标高、拱肋标高、主梁拱肋应力、吊杆索力各项指标均满足设计要求,对于同类型桥梁维修加固工程有一定的参考意义。Taking Huangyuan Bridge in Yiwu City as an example,this paper analyzes the disease of large cable tension deviation of rigid suspender of concrete-filled steel tubular tied arch bridge.Putting forward the basic principles of rigid suspender replacement.Providing the construction and monitoring scheme.Construction monitoring is based on the principle of dual control of elevation and stress.The construction process and monitoring results show that before and after the replacement of the rigid suspender of the Huangyuan Bridge,the elevation of the rigid suspender bridge deck,the elevation of the arch rib,the stress of the arch rib,and the cable tension of the suspender meet the design requirements,which can provide a reference for the bridge maintenance and reinforcement project of the same type.
