粗茎鳞毛蕨营养生长初步分析

摘　　要：为了解粗茎鳞毛蕨(Dryopteris crassirhizoma Nakai)生长规律,选择生境相同的2~4 a生粗茎鳞毛蕨测定冠幅、株高、叶片数、叶片长度、叶片宽度、叶片鲜重、叶片干重、根茎鲜重、根茎干重、总鲜重和总干重11个生长指标。结果显示:随着年龄的增加,粗茎鳞毛蕨各生长指标均有显著增加的趋势。冠幅、叶片数、叶片长度、叶片宽度、叶片干重、叶片鲜重、根茎干重、总干重、总鲜重在第3年增长速度较快,第4年增长速度减慢;株高、根茎鲜重在第3年增长速度较慢,第4年增长速度加快。调查发现,与2 a生相比,粗茎鳞毛蕨根茎2 a的干物质积累近19倍,这为粗茎鳞毛蕨根茎入药提供了有力保障。In order to understand the growth law of Dryopteris crassirhizoma,2~4-year-old Dryopteris crassirhizoma with the same habitat was selected to measure and analyze a total of 11 growth indicators,including crown width,plant height,leaf number,leaf length,leaf width,leaf fresh weight,leaf dry weight,rhizome fresh weight,rhizome dry weight,total fresh weight and total dry weight.The results showed that the growth indexes of Dryopteris crassirhizoma increased significantly with the increasing of age.The growth rate of crown width,leaf number,leaf length,leaf width,leaf fresh weight,leaf dry weight,rhizome dry weight,total fresh weight and total dry weight increased rapidly in the third year,but slowed down in the fourth year.The growth rate of plant height and rhizome fresh weight slowed down in the third year,increased rapidly in the fourth year.The study found that compared to the 2-year-old Dryopteris crassirhizoma,the dry matter accumulation of rhizome was nearly 19 times in two years,which provided a favorable guarantee for the rhizome of Dryopteris crassirhizoma to be used as medicine.
