摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国经济发展水平及居民生活健康水平不断提高,公众对基本医疗卫生服务的需求呈现出多样化、层次化的特点。河南作为黄河流域的重要省份,农村地区覆盖面积广、农业人口基数大,农村基本医疗卫生服务质量的优劣直接关系到村民的健康和经济利益。因此,在“健康乡村”政策背景下,分析河南省农村基本医疗卫生服务供给的现状,从农村医疗服务供给的管理体系、均衡发展以及人才队伍建设三个方面提出优化建议,以期达到促进河南省农村基本医疗卫生服务供给水平的提升及供给均等化的目的。With economic development and improved residents’living and health standards since the reform and opening-up,the public demand for basic medical and health service has shown diversified and hierarchical characteristics.As an important province in the Yellow River basin,Henan has a wide rural area and a large agricultural population,and the quality of basic medical and health service in rural area is directly related to the health and economic interests of villagers.With the purpose to promote the improvement of the supply level of basic medical and health service and the equalization of supply in rural areas in Henan province,this research analyzes the current situation of the supply of basic medical and health service in Henan rural areas in the context of the“healthy village”policy,and proposes suggestions from three perspectives:the management system,balanced development,and construction of professional staff.
