摘  要:目的探讨隔日断食对小鼠血液红细胞和白细胞含量的影响。方法将12只3月龄野生型小鼠随机分为2组,每组6只。对照组小鼠自由进食3个月,实验组小鼠隔日断食3个月,随后采集两组小鼠血液检测红细胞和白细胞含量。结果两组小鼠血液中红细胞和血红蛋白含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组小鼠血液中白细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、淋巴细胞含量显著降低(t=2.359~4.778,P<0.05),而中性粒细胞、单核细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞含量无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论隔日断食3个月不影响小鼠血液中红细胞含量,但可使白细胞含量明显降低。Objective To investigate the effects of alternate-day fasting on the levels of red and white blood cells in mice.Methods Twelve three-month-old wild-type mice were randomly divided into two groups,with six mice in each group.The control group was on a free diet for three months,while the experimental group fasted every other day for three months.Then the two groups were examined for the levels of red and white blood cells.Results There were no significant differences in the levels of red blood cells and hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed significantly lower levels of white blood cells,eosinophils,and lymphocytes(t=2.359-4.778,P<0.05),with no significant differences in the levels of neutrophils,monocytes,and basophils(P>0.05).Conclusion Three-month alternate-day fas-ting does not affect the level of red blood cells but decreased the levels of white blood cells in mice.
