摘  要:目的比较数字化头影测量方法和传统头影测量方法的教学效果,初探数字化头影测量软件应用于口腔本科实验教学的可行性。方法将青岛大学口腔临床专业40名学生随机分为数字化组及传统组,每组20人。数字化组及传统组分别采用Uceph数字化头影测量软件及传统硫酸纸描绘对头影测量分析方法进行示教及练习。授课完成后,对学生进行测试及问卷调查。结果数字化组与传统组的测量准确度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。学生对数字化头影测量授课的评分高于传统方法授课,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.374,P<0.05)。结论在本科口腔正畸头影测量实验教学中,应将两种教学方法结合,以提高学生学习的兴趣,强化学生对知识点的掌握。Objective To compare the efficacy of digital cephalometrics and traditional cephalometrics in training course of orthodontics for undergraduate students.Methods Sixty dental undergraduates were recruited and randomly divided into two groups,with 20 students in each group.Digital group was trained to use Uceph digital cephalometric software to perform the orthodontic cephalometry,and traditional group was trained to use manual tracing to accomplish the task.After the training,the efficacy of teaching protocol was evaluated by a test comparing the accuracy of their measurements and the feeling and opinion of the students when they are using these two teaching protocols.Results The difference between the digital group and the traditional group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The undergraduates gave higher score to digital protocol than traditional teaching protocol(t=4.374,P<0.05).Conclusion In the training of orthodontic cephaloemery course for undergraduates,digital and traditional training protocols were advised to be combined to improve the study initiation and interest,and strengthen the mastery of the knowledge.
