摘  要:海尔通过管理模式创新为主,技术创新与管理模式创新同时推进的转型升级之路,由一家传统的家电制造企业转型成为物联网平台生态企业。研究结果显示:海尔生态演化经历了萌芽与诞生—拓展—领导的发展历程,目前处于领导阶段;明确的战略目标、文化引领、组织变革与员工角色调整、创造用户价值、持续的科技创新以及强大的资源链接与整合能力助推着海尔不断自我进化、自我迭代;海尔平台生态让自身及利益相关者在内的整个生态系统通过数字化、连通性、伙伴关系、与用户的紧密联系等进行价值共创,进而提高整体生态系统的盈利能力。Haier has transformed from a traditional home appliance manufacturing enterprise to an IOT platform ecosystem enterprise through a transformation and upgrading path that focuses on innovation in management models,while promoting both technological and management innovation.The research results show that the ecological evolution of Haier has gone through a development process of sprouting,birth,expansion,and leadership,and is currently in the leadership stage.Haier has continuously evolved and iterated itself driving by its clear strategic goals,the guidance of enterprise culture,organizational change and employee role adjustment,user value creation,continuous technological innovation,and strong resource linkage and integration capabilities.The platform ecosystem of Haier enables the entire ecosystem,including itself and stakeholders,to create value through digitization,connectivity,partnership,and close connections with users,thereby improving the profitability of the overall ecosystem.
