摘  要:钢质波纹夹层板在动载荷作用下表现出良好的吸能特性和承载能力,具有广泛的应用前景。论文以大尺度钢质U型波纹夹层板为研究对象,对其在落锤撞击下的结构响应进行试验分析,确定了夹层板的上面板、夹芯及下面板的变形模式,并与有限元法仿真结果进行了对比,验证了有限元法的可靠性。在此基础上,进一步分析了落锤撞击速度和撞击位置对夹层板结构响应特性的影响。研究发现,低速撞击时夹层板的加载过程和结构变形模式主要取决于其自身的结构属性,且夹层板横向耐撞性能优于其纵向耐撞性能。研究结果可为夹层板的实际应用提供支撑。With relatively high energy absorption characteristics and load-bearing capacity,steel corrugated sandwich panels are expected to be widely used.The dynamic response of large-scale steel U-type corrugated sandwich panels under low-velocity impact was measured by using a drop-weight apparatus.Deformation modes of the front face,core,and back face were determined.Finite element predictions were conducted,and fidelity of the simulations was demonstrated by comparing them with the test.Influence of the impact velocity and impact location on the response of the sandwich panel was discussed.The research reveals that under a relatively low-velocity impact,the loading process and deformation modes of the sandwich panel are mainly influenced by structure properties.The transverse impact resistance performance of the U-type corrugated sandwich panel is better than the longitudinal one.The research may provide effective support to the engineering application of sandwich panels.
