摘  要:目前现场机械坐封井口悬重释放值的选取主要依赖经验。针对深层水平井,经验参数保守易造成封隔器受损,严重影响坐封效果和测试作业安全的问题。基于机械坐封原理,充分考虑井眼轨迹、管柱屈曲摩阻及管柱变截面的影响,结合三维软杆模型,建立了深层水平井机械坐封过程的管柱力学分析模型;将该模型应用于现场某深层水平井机械坐封悬重释放值的设计,计算结果与现场实测误差为7%,验证了模型的可靠性。参数敏感性分析表明:测试管柱轴向受载主要受管柱的井眼轨迹摩阻与屈曲摩阻影响;增大油套管环空间隙与有效轴向压缩力会使屈曲加剧;严重的屈曲将使管柱锁死,导致释放的悬重不能有效传递;封隔器位置决定了坐封阶段井眼轨迹导致的摩阻力大小,位置越靠近井底,管柱摩阻与屈曲摩阻将进一步增加,最终降低坐封效率。In the field mechanical setting procedure,the selection of the wellhead slack-off weight is now primarily based on experience.For deep horizontal wells,conservative empirical parameters can damage the packer,which has a significant impact on the setting effect and well test safety.Therefore,a string loading model of a deep horizontal well under mechanical setting was established,based on the principle of mechanical setting and fully considering the influence of wellbore trajectory,buckling friction of string,and variable cross-section of string,combined with the three-dimensional soft rod model.In the field,the model was used to construct the wellhead hanging weight release value of a deep horizontal well.The difference between the computation findings and the field measurement is 7%,indicating that the model is reliable.The parameter sensitivity analysis reveals that the main reasons affecting the axial load of the test string are the wellbore trajectory friction and buckling friction.The increase in the tubing-to-casing radial clearance and the effective axial compression load will aggravate the buckling.Severe buckling will lock the test string,so that the released wellhead hanging weight cannot be effectively transmitted.The position of the packer determines the friction caused by the wellbore trajectory in the setting stage.The closer the position is to the bottom of the well,the more the string friction and buckling friction will increase,ultimately reducing the setting efficiency.
