精细化护理对神经外科重症气管切开患者预后的影响

摘　　要：目的分析对神经外科重症气管切开患者开展精细化护理的效果及价值。方法将我院神经外科52例重症气管切开患者予以选择,时段介于2021年2月至2022年3月,随机数字表法分组(每组26例);对照组常规护理,观察组予以精细化护理;针对两组气管切开前后血气指标、急性生理与慢性健康、并发症、护理满意度以及临床用时情况加以观察和对比。结果(1)气管切开后与对照组相比,观察组PaO_(2)较高,其余指标数值较低(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组机械通气等指标用时相比,观察组机械通气时间较短,入住ICU以及住院时间较少(P<0.05)。(3)与对照组并发症发生率(23.0%)相比,观察组并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。(4)与对照组护理满意度相比,观察组患者护理满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论对神经外科重症气管切开患者开展精细化护理具有显著效果,可降低并发症发生率并改善患者预后。Objective To analyze the effect and value of meticulous nursing for patients with severe tracheotomy in neurosurgery.Methods Fifty-two patients with severe tracheotomy in our hospital’s neurosurgery department were selected,and the time period was from February 2021 to March 2022,and they were randomly divided into groups(26 cases in each group);the control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received Refinement of nursing;observation and comparison of blood gas indexes,acute physiology and chronic health,complications,nursing satisfaction and clinical time before and after tracheotomy in the two groups.Results(1)Compared with the control group after tracheotomy,the PaO_(2) in the observation group was higher,and the values of other indicators were lower(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the mechanical ventilation and other indicators in the control group,the observation group had shorter mechanical ventilation time,less ICU stay and hospital stay(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the incidence of complications in the control group(23.0%),the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the nursing satisfaction of the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The meticulous nursing for patients with severe tracheotomy in neurosurgery has a significant effect,which can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the prognosis of patients.
