摘　　要：目的探讨食管癌术后喉返神经损伤致肺炎的预防护理干预措施。方法研究对象60例为食管癌术后喉返神经损伤致肺炎患者,入院后以电脑随机法分为A(n=30)、B(n=30)两组,分别给予常规护理及预防护理干预,并进行护理效果的组间对照分析,研究起止时间为2020年5月-2022年5月。结果护理有效率B组(96.67%)>A组(80.00%),对比(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05);护理满意度B组(96.67%)>A组(73.33%),对比(χ^(2)=6.405,P<0.05);并发症发生率B组(6.67%)<A组(26.67%),对比(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。结论预防护理的应用有助于提升食管癌术后喉返神经损伤致肺炎患者护理质量,从而减少并发症出现风险,带动病患对护理服务认可度的提高,具有临床深入应用和普及意义。Objective To explore the preventive nursing intervention measures of pneumonia caused by recurrent laryngeal nerve injury after esophageal cancer surgery.Methods 60 patients with pneumonia caused by recurrent laryngeal nerve injury after esophageal cancer surgery were randomly divided into two groups A(n=30)and B(n=30)by computer after admission.They were given routine nursing and preventive nursing intervention respectively,and the nursing effect was compared between the groups.The study lasted from May 2020 to May 2022.Results The effective rate of nursing in group B(96.67%)was higher than that in group A(80.00%)(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in group B(96.67%)was higher than that in group A(73.33%)(χ^(2)=6.405.P<0.05).The complication rate in group B(6.67%)was lower than that in group A(26.67%)(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of preventive nursing can improve the nursing quality of patients with pneumonia caused by recurrent laryngeal nerve injury after esophageal cancer surgery,thus reducing the risk of complications and promoting the improvement of patients'recognition of nursing services,which has profound clinical application and popularization significance.
