急性鼻出血患者应用人性化护理干预的效果

摘　　要：目的观察、分析急性鼻出血采取人性化护理的实践效果。方法选取2020年3月~2022年3月于我院就诊的急性鼻出血患者研究,总计68例,按随机数字表法分组,等分为对照组、观察组,接受一般护理者纳入对照组,接受人性化者纳入观察组,比较2组指标,如不良情绪、并发症、鼻出血停止时间等。结果①临床指标:观察组鼻出血停止、住院时间及总出血量,较对照组低,差异显著(P>0.05);②不良情绪:观察组焦虑、抑郁改善效果高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);③并发症:观察组并发症,如鼻腔粘连、消化道反应等发生率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);④再出血率、生活质量:观察组再出率较对照组低,生活质量较对照组高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论急性鼻出血采取人性化护理效果确切,可改善不良情绪,增强止血效果,规避相关并发症,降低再出血率,利于患者预后,值得推广。Objective To observe and analyze the practical effect of adopting humanized nursing care for acute epistaxis.Method A study was conducted on 68 patients with acute epistaxis who visited our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method.Patients who received general care were included in the control group,while those who received humanization were included in the observation group.The two groups were compared in terms of indicators such as adverse emotions,complications,and the stopping time of epistaxis.Result①Clinical indicators:The observation group had significantly lower nasal bleeding cessation,hospital stay,and total bleeding volume compared to the control group(P>0.05);②Adverse emotions:The improvement effect of anxiety and depression in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);③Complications:The incidence of complications such as nasal adhesions and gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05)Re bleeding rate and quality of life:The observation group had a lower re bleeding rate than the control group,while the quality of life was higher than the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing for acute epistaxis has a definite effect,can improve negative emotions,enhance hemostatic effects,avoid related complications,reduce the rate of rebleeding,and is beneficial for patient prognosis.It is worth promoting.
