中药外洗联合润燥止痒胶囊辅助治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究中药外洗联合润燥止痒胶囊辅助治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症(血虚风燥证)患者的疗效。方法选取2021年6月—2022年7月新疆乌鲁木齐市中医医院收治的80例老年性皮肤瘙痒症(血虚风燥证)患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组采取常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药外洗联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗,两组均治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、瘙痒程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)。结果治疗4周后,观察组总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(80.00%,P<0.05)。两组治疗4周后的VAS评分、DLQI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药外洗联合润燥止痒胶囊辅助治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症(血虚风燥证)疗效明显,可减轻患者皮肤瘙痒症状,提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the efcacy of external washing of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Runzao Zhiyang Capsules in treating patients with senile pruritus(syndrome of blood defciency and wind dryness).Methods A total of 80 patients with senile pruritus(syndrome of blood defciency and wind dryness)admitted to the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Urumqi from June 2021 to July 2022 were divided into a control group and a conservation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received external washing of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Runzao Zhiyang Capsules on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for four weeks.In addition,the clinical efcacy,itching severity[visual analog scale(VAS)],and skin disease quality of life index(DLQI)were compared between the two groups.Results After four weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%,P<0.05).The VAS score and DLQI score in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The external washing of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Runzao Zhiyang Capsules has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with senile pruritus(syndrome of blood defciency and wind dryness),which can alleviate their symptoms of skin itching and improve their quality of life.
