甘麦大枣汤加味配合针灸治疗脏躁的临床心得

摘　　要：脏躁证与现代医学的癔病、神经衰弱、更年期综合征相类似。目前脏躁证的发病率呈逐渐上升趋势,影响人们的身心健康。根据各医家记载,认为病因是由于脏中阴液不足、津液干枯所致,病机为营阴暗耗,心神失养。治宜甘润之剂,养心扶脾为主。故临床上常采用甘麦大枣汤治疗。笔者运用甘麦大枣汤加味配合针灸治疗脏躁取得显著疗效。Zang-manic syndrome is similar to hysteria,neurasthenia,and climacteric syndrome in modern medicine.At present,the incidence of zang-manic syndrome is increasing gradually,which afects people’s physical and mental health.According to the records of various doctors,it is believed that the cause of the disease is due to the defciency of yin fuid in the viscera and the dryness of body fluid.The pathogenesis is staying up late and lack of spirit preservation.The treatment should use agents with sweet favors that have the efect of moisturizing and focus on nourishing the heart and supporting the spleen.Therefore,Ganmai Dazao Decoction is often used in clinical treatment.The author uses the modifed Ganmai Dazao Decoction combined with acupuncture to treat Zang mania and obtains a remarkable curative efect.
