皮内组合针治疗疼痛疾病的机理探讨与临床应用

摘　　要：在针灸的临床诊疗中,疼痛性疾病患者的占比较高。针刺是世界卫生组织所推荐的治疗疼痛的手段之一,传统毫针针刺疗效显著。但经观察发现,部分患者的病情不适宜接受常规针刺治疗,某些关节部位在针刺时出现的强烈针感也易使患者产生畏惧心理。在临床工作中,以经筋、皮部与卫气理论为指导,将麦粒形皮内针与揿针相结合应用,在患者皮表组合固定使用,称为皮内组合针疗法。以此激发人体卫气,调达经筋,解痉止痛,对诸多疼痛疾病有较好的治疗效果。本文通过对经筋、皮部理论与卫气学说进行分析思考,探讨皮内组合针的作用机理,并结合实际治疗案例,列举临床应用中需注意的问题及对日后研究的展望。In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acupuncture,the proportion of patients with painful diseases is relatively high.Acupuncture is one of the pain treatment means recommended by the World Health Organization,and traditional fliform needle acupuncture has a remarkable efect.However,it is found that some patients are not suitable for routine acupuncture treatment,and the strong needle sensation in some joints can easily make patients afraid.In clinical work,under the guidance of the theory of meridian tendons,skin,and defensive qi,the author combined the wheat-shaped intradermal needle with the press needle and applied it to the skin and surface of patients,which is called"intradermal combination acupuncture"therapy,so as to stimulate the defensive qi of human body,modulate meridian tendons,and relieve spasmodic pain,which has a better therapeutic efect for many painful diseases.In this paper,through the analysis of the meridian tendons,skin,and defensive qi theory,the action mechanism of intradermal combination acupuncture was discussed.According to the actual treatment cases,the problems needing attention in clinical application and the prospect of future research were listed.
