采煤工作面过封闭不良钻孔涌水量预测研究

摘　　要：封闭不良钻孔是诱发煤矿突/涌水事故的潜在突水通道之一。采掘期间,揭露沟通上、下部含水层的不良钻孔,存在较大突水隐患。当前研究集中于封闭不良钻孔防治水措施,而忽略了钻孔涌水量预测研究。为此,在分析不良钻孔导水性和概化钻孔结构模型的基础上,建立“含水层—井”模型,预测工作面上覆采空区积水通过钻孔的涌水量;基于含水层厚度有限的承压水非完整井理论,预测底板承压含水层通过钻孔的涌水量;最后,基于谢才公式预测钻孔最大涌水量,并成功应用于灵新煤矿061405工作面3个封闭不良钻孔的涌水量预测中。结果表明:404#、506#、1#钻孔的上覆采空区积水正常涌水量分别为15.64m^(3)/h、18.67m^(3)/h、21.68m^(3)/h,最大涌水量均约为145m^(3)/h;不同时段(1998年和2018年)含水层平均厚度和最大厚度条件下,506#、1#钻孔底板承压含水层正常涌水量在15.51~25.06m^(3)/h,最大涌水量约为137 m^(3)/h。The poorly sealed borehole is one of the potential water inrush channels to induce coal mine water surge accident.During the mining period,if the poor boreholes connecting the upper and lower aquifers are exposed,there will be a large potential water inrush.The current study focuses on the water control measures of poorly sealed boreholes,but neglects the study on the water inflow prediction of the boreholes.Therefore,based on the analysis of poor borehole hydraulic conductivity and the generalization of borehole structure model,the"aquifer-well"model is established to predict the water inflow of the water in goaf overlying working face through borehole.The water inflow of the floor confined aquifer through borehole is estimated based on the theory of confined water incomplete well with limited aquifer thickness.Finally,the maximum water inflow of boreholes is predicted based on Chezy formula.These methods have been successfully applied to the water inflow prediction of three poorly sealed boreholes in 061405 working face of Lingxin Coal Mine.The results show that the normal water inflow in the overlying goaf water of 404#,506#and 1#boreholes is about 15.64m^(3)/h,18.67m^(3)/h,21.68m^(3)/h respectively,and the maximum water inflow is about 145m^(3)/h.Under the hydrological parameters for floor confined aquifers in different periods(in 1998 and 2018),the normal water inflow of 506#and 1#borehole ranges from 15.51m^(3)/h to 25.06m^(3)/h,and the maximum water inflow is 137 m^(3)/h.
