摘  要:为解决季冻区台地建筑群在建设过程中所面临的挡土墙选型、大体量挡土墙及土方平衡施工、变形监测等诸多难题,以我国北方某台地EPC项目为例,在设计阶段对不同形式挡土墙的抗震性能、适用高度、施工环境影响和经济性进行综合分析,比选出与工程相匹配的最优挡土墙。通过无人机摄影+BIM技术获得地形数据,建立场地曲面模型,分别在设计和施工阶段采取土方平衡调配措施,实现丘陵地貌场地内土方平衡;针对大体量挡土墙优化施工工艺,采用智能化监测技术,提高了监测效率;采用电伴热系统解决了季冻区丘陵地貌低温环境下施工道路表面雨雪结冰问题,保证了施工安全。In order to solve the problems of retaining wall selection,large retaining wall and earthwork balance construction,deformation monitoring and so on in the construction process of terrace buildings in seasonal frozen area.Taking a platform EPC project in northern China as an example,the seismic performance,applicable height,construction environmental impact and economy of different forms of retaining walls are comprehensively analyzed in the design stage,and the optimal retaining wall matching with the project is selected.The terrain data is obtained by UAV photography+BIM technology,and the site surface model is established.The earthwork balance allocation measures are taken in the design and construction stages respectively to achieve the earthwork balance in the hilly landform site.The construction technology is optimized for large retaining walls,and the intelligent monitoring technology is used to improve the monitoring efficiency;The electric heat tracing system is used to solve the problem of rain and snow icing on the surface of the construction road in the low temperature environment of the hilly landform in the seasonal frozen area,which ensures the construction safety.
