摘  要:结合上海奉贤区青少年活动中心项目的工程实践,针对大部分单体顶部为连续圆拱、异形钢构件数量与类型众多等特点,采用了高精度测控、连接节点优化、二次预拼装及可控小变形吊装等成套吊装施工关键技术,解决了复杂异形钢结构构件加工、现场拼装、高空吊装就位、焊接质量等方面的诸多难题,可为类似异形钢结构项目施工提供借鉴。Combined with the engineering practice of Shanghai Fengxian District Youth Activity Center Project,in view of the characteristics of continuous circular arch on the top of most single buildings and the large number and types of special-shaped steel components,a set of key hoisting construction technologies,such as high-precision measurement and control,optimization of connection nodes,secondary pre-assembly and controllable small deformation hoisting,are adopted.It solves many problems such as complex special-shaped steel structure component processing,on-site assembly,high-altitude hoisting in place,welding quality and so on,which can provide reference for similar special-shaped steel structure project construction.
