摘　　要：在房建地下结构工程中,地下室相邻两侧深浅基础即高低跨是一种普遍的地下结构形式。结合实际工程,为解决高低跨部位防水易渗漏的问题,通过施工方案优化设计,在高低跨接触部位预埋注浆管,预留注浆口顶盖,待高低跨细部构造主体结构施工完成后发生渗漏时,进行注浆加固封闭,成功解决了高低跨部位防水渗漏问题。工程实践结果表明,该施工方法简便可行,成本低,质量有保证,可为类似工程提供参考。In the underground structure engineering of housing construction,the deep and shallow foundation on both sides of the basement is a common form of underground structure.Combined with the actual project,in order to solve the waterproof leakage problem located at high and low span parts,through the optimization design of construction scheme,the grouting pipes are pre-embedded at the contact parts of high and low span,and the top cover of grouting port is reserved,when the leakage occurs after completing the construction of the main structure of the high and low span detail structure,the grouting reinforcement and closure are carried out accordingly,and the waterproof leakage problem of the high and lower span parts is successfully solved.The results of engineering practice show that the construction method is simple and feasible,with low cost and quality assurance,which can provide reference for similar projects.
