摘 要:基于西咸新区北营学校大体积混凝土筏板基础侧面防水胎模施工,分析了传统砖胎模施工方法的不足,提出了定尺化生产、装配化施工、免大面抹灰的预制板胎模施工技术。利用Midas软件对预制板胎模在肥槽回填土压力及大体积混凝土浇筑侧压力两种工况下进行有限元建模计算,经过理论计算和工程实践发现,预制板胎模等效应力和侧向变形计算均满足要求,采用这种方法能够大大提高传统砖胎模施工效率并产生良好的经济效益。Based on the construction of side waterproof formwork of mass concrete raft foundation of Beiying School in Xixian New Area,the shortcomings of traditional brick formwork construction method are analyzed,and the construction technology of prefabricated slab formwork is put forward,which is characterized by fixed-size production,prefabricated construction and avoiding large surface plastering.By using Midas software,the finite element modeling calculation of precast slab tire mold is carried out under the two working conditions of fertilizer groove backfill soil pressure and lateral pressure of mass concrete pouring.Through theoretical calculation and engineering practice,it is found that the equivalent stress and lateral deformation calculation of precast slab formwork meet the requirements.This method can greatly improve the construction efficiency of traditional brick formwork and produce good economic benefits.
