摘  要:为实现在不影响地铁车站正常运营前提下,更好地完成地铁车站风道结构及其附属冷却循环水管线的迁移改造,该施工技术通过BIM应用重构风道结构和冷却循环水管线的三维模型,并基于此进行复杂施工工况下风道和管线迁移改造的施工策划。经方案比选分析,优先把需迁改的管线迁改至可保留的原有风道结构上,再进行原风道结构的拆除改造,最后以“部分原有风道结构+型钢内支撑+新浇支护墙体”的形式重新构筑保护迁改管线的临时管廊。这使得地铁车站冷却循环水管线迁改的分项工程在施工组织上无紧前工作,更有利于把该部分工作的施工工期控制在寒冷季节完成。In order to better complete the relocation and reconstruction of the air duct structure and its auxiliary cooling circulating water pipeline of the subway station without affecting the normal operation of the subway station,the construction technology reconstructs the three-dimensional model of the air duct structure and the cooling circulating water pipeline through the application of BIM,and based on this,the construction planning of the relocation and reconstruction of air duct and pipeline under complex construction conditions is carried out.Through scheme comparison and analysis,the pipeline to be relocated shall be firstly relocated to the original air duct structure that can be retained,and then the original air duct structure shall be removed and reconstructed,and finally the temporary pipe utility or protecting the relocated pipeline shall be reconstructed in the form of"part of the original air channel structure+section steel internal support+newly poured supporting wall".This makes the sub-project of the relocation of the cooling circulating water pipeline in the subway station have no urgent work in the construction organization,which is more conducive to controlling the construction period of this part of work to be completed in the cold season.
