摘　　要：以崇明岛—长兴岛—浦东新区5号沟LNG站管道工程为背景,分析了小直径超长距离天然气管道隧道难点及建设意义,介绍了天然气管道隧道中盾构机选型及针对性配置、管片快速接头、隧道安全高效施工、通风及焊接烟尘处理、管道防腐及应力分析、管道变形监测及预警、隧道充排水等若干关键技术要点。Based on the LNG pipeline project of Chongming Island-Changxing Island-Pudong New Area No.5 channel,the difficulties and construction significance of small diameter and long-distance natural gas pipeline tunnel are analyzed.This paper introduces some key technical points in natural gas pipeline tunnel,such as shield machine selection and targeted configuration,segment quick connector,safe and efficient tunnel construction,ventilation and welding fume treatment,pipeline corrosion and stress analysis,pipeline deformation monitoring and early warning,tunnel filling and drainage,etc.
