摘 要:小直径盾构在市政管线领域具有广阔的应用前景,在我国尚处于起步阶段。其中,超长距离小直径盾构的工效与国际先进水平具有明显差距,而运输是工效的关键制约因素。以某天然气主干管网超长越江隧道为例研究高效运输技术,分析研究运输的各个环节所占用的时间,通过创新技术压缩列车装卸车和行走时间,通过岔道会车和编组减少单环运输时间,并且辅以长距离运输安全管理和信息化管控技术应用成功,取得良好的工效。该技术对小直径盾构在我国的发展具有重要的推广和借鉴意义。Small diameter shield has broad application prospects in the field of municipal pipelines,and it is still in its infancy in China.Among them,there is a significant gap between the work efficiency of ultra-long distance small diameter shield and the international advanced level,and transportation is the key constraint factor of work efficiency.Taking the super-long cross-river tunnel of a main natural gas pipeline network as an example,this paper studies the efficient transportation technology,analyzes the time occupied by each link of transportation,compresses the time of train loading and unloading and traveling through innovative technology,reduces the time of single-ring transportation through turnout meeting and marshalling,and achieves good work efficiency by applying long-distance transportation safety management and information management and control technology.This technology has important promotion and reference significance for the development of small diameter shield in China.
