摘  要:以广州白云国际机场某交通疏解配套人行隧道工程施工为例,重点分析了工程所处现状环境及施工难点,采用顶管接收洞门水平冷冻法加固技术、无接收条件下矩形顶管弃壳施工技术、矩形顶管隧道帷幕注浆加固技术、生态暗挖施工关键技术等组合创新技术,解决了在复杂地质、管线错综复杂、无接收场地等敏感环境条件下矩形顶管施工安全到达设计规定的接收位置,并顺利与原地铁车站贯通的难题。该施工技术安全性高,可有效隔绝地下水,减少洞口沉降坍塌,对周围环境影响小、污染性小,可为同类工程提供借鉴。Taking the construction of a supporting pedestrian tunnel for traffic relief in Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport as an example,the current environment and construction difficulties of the project are emphatically analyzed,and combined innovative technologies such as horizontal freezing reinforcement technology of pipe jacking receiving portal,rectangular pipe jacking shell abandonment construction technology without receiving conditions,curtain grouting reinforcement technology of rectangular pipe jacking tunnel,and key technology of ecological underground excavation construction are adopted.It solves the problem of rectangular pipe jacking construction safely reaching the designed receiving position and smoothly connecting with the original subway station under the sensitive environmental conditions of complex geology,complex pipelines and no receiving site.The construction technology has high safety,can effectively isolate groundwater,reduce the settlement and collapse of the tunnel entrance,and has little impact on the surrounding environment and pollution,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
