摘  要:桥梁钢索塔施工是斜拉桥施工的关键工序,近年来“卧式拼装、整体竖转”的施工理念在国内得以推广应用,为适应不同工况衍生出了“提滑组合”的施工方法,通过“提滑组合”方式施工拱形钢索塔尚无先例,通过对陕西韩城太史大街西延桥质量2100 t、高117.5 m的拱形钢索塔提滑组合的施工技术进行研究,成功解决了超高超重拱形钢索塔的安装难题。The construction of steel pylon of bridge is a key process in the construction of cable-stayed bridge.In recent years,the construction concept of"horizontal assembly and integral vertical rotation"has been popularized and applied in China.In order to adapt to different working conditions,the construction method of"lifting-sliding combination"has been derived.There is no precedent for the construction of arched steel pylon by"lifting-sliding combination".Through the research on the lifting-sliding combination construction technology of the arched steel pylon with mass of 2100 t and height of 117.5 m of the west extension bridge of Taishi Street in Hancheng,Shaanxi Province,the installation problem of the super-high and super-heavy arched steel pylon is successfully solved.
