摘 要:针对“三改联动”中供热项目改造前后经济性评价方法不完善问题,分析了热能和电能两个产品特性,提出了等主蒸汽流量基准、等发电量基准、等主蒸汽流量和等供热量基准以及等发电量和等供热量基准的四种评价方法,建立了评价理论体系,分析了不同基准的适用场合,并基于热力学原理分析不同基准的区别。基于上述理论研究,设计了试验测试方法,制定了完整的试验测量方案。通过对具体项目进行试验表明,本试验评价方法结果可靠,操作性强,对供热改造项目评价具有参考意义。In view of the imperfect economic evaluation method before and after the heating retrofit project in the"three retrofits linkage",the characteristics of the thermal and electric energy products are analyzed,and four evaluation methods of the equal main steam flow benchmark,the equal power generation benchmark,the equal main steam flow and the equal heat supply benchmark,as well as the equal power generation and the equal heat supply benchmark are proposed,and the evaluation theoretical system is established,and the applicable occasions of different benchmarks are analyzed,The differences between different benchmarks are analyzed based on thermodynamic principles.Based on the above theoretical research,the test method is designed and a complete test measurement scheme is formulated.The test of specific projects shows that the test evaluation method has reliable results and strong operability,which is of reference significance for the evaluation of heating retrofit projects.
